433 Association between patient's mental health status and discordance in patient-physician assessment of psoriatic arthritis

Objectives: To evaluate the discordance in patient-physician assessment of psoriatic arthritis (PsA) disease activity and its association with patient’s mental health status. Methods: This cohort study recruited 135 patients PsA from Xiangya Hospital China between October 2021 July 31. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to assess PsA, an absolute difference ≥10 points global on VAS regarded as a clinically relevant discordance. In addition, patients’ clinical data self-reported questionnaire responses were collected screen depression anxiety. Results: Discordance occurred 88 (65.2%) patients, while concordance 47 (34.8%) patients. Depressive symptoms (AOR: 4.43, 95% CI:1.85-10.61), well anxiety 3.95, CI:1.70-9.16), associated physicians.
